Curbside Shipping & Delivery Policy:
Your material will deliver via a pallet to ensure a safe delivery. You will be contacted to schedule a delivery date and time. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays.
Someone over the age of 18 must be present to accept and sign for the delivery. The delivery driver will unload the materials from the delivery truck and lower it to the curb closest to your home. You will be responsible for further transportation beyond that point. We cannot bring materials inside your home, upstairs or onto and elevator. Delivery may be limited by properties under construction.

PRIVACY POLICY:
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect
personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically
receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including
your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell, or distribute,
your personally identifiable information to a 3rd party other than our trucking companies.

SECURITY POLICY
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets
Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software
available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal
information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot
be read over the internet.

REFUND POLICY
No returns are accepted on tile after it has been installed. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise. No claims will be considered unless made within five days of receipt of goods. Tile must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Credit will be given back in the same form the material was paid by. No returns will be accepted unless authorization is granted by Palmetto Tile Distributors. Approval prior to the return is required.
